UPDATE: Refund was confirmed to be processed last Aug 16 and as of today, Aug 31, refund is still not reflected!!! Booked the ticket through their website for MV St Therese of the Child Jesus. Schedule was Thursday, Aug 10 11:30pm. Come Thursday, they sent a message informing the schedule was delayed and is now on Friday, Aug 11 3:30pm. Come Friday, they have e-ticket and WOULD STILL REQUIRE YOU TO PRINT IT. Oh no problem, their ticket office in Manila will print it for you. Went to the ticket office, swarms of people are waiting for myriads of reasons. No organization, no sense of urgency. Guards are trying their best to calm people down but when I peeked at their windows, OFFICE STAFF ARE PLAYING WITH THEIR PHONES, SOME ARE JUST SITTING DOWN DOING NOTHING. So one of the customers knocked on the window and finally their staff is now printing the tickets. Problem solved right, but it does not end there. Terminal fee is 105php for a terminal that is very hot, and dirty. Idk where the fee is going?? Even restrooms are wet and dirty af. So now waiting game at the port, only for 2go to announce THAT THE VESSEL WILL BE DELAYED AGAIN DUE TO OPERATIONAL CONCERNS. NEW SCHEDULE IS SATURDAY, AUG 12 3:00 AM. JUST PERFECT, NO PRIOR NOTICE, NONE WHATSOEVER THRU TEXT TO SAVE THE HASSLE OF COMING TO THE PORT. So at this point, Im like Ive had it, Ill just fly and ask for refund. Their first message told me anyway I will get a refund without surcharge. Cool, Ill just do that. Called their customer service, only to be told I NEED TO REQUEST THE REFUND THROUGH EMAIL AND ANOTHER TEAM WIL PROCESS IT. And since I used my card, when the team will respond to my email and I “agree” to the terms of the refund, It will take 7-15 business days for my refund to be processed. Not only that, they will also deduct the Web service fee. I mean, what service??!!!? (I will update this if ever I get my refund at all) To sum up, when you book, they take your money in seconds, inconveniences you for delayed schedules and does not value your time nor give you options and resolutions. Poor customer service and very slow processing for refund, poor communication. DEFINITELY NOT IN ANY WAY WILL EVER CONSIDER THEM AGAIN. NEVER AGAIN.

Their crew were all very accommodating and friendly. First time ko sumakay ng barko, and 2Go gave me a great experience sailing :) Almost 3 days ang byahe papuntang Coron, Palawan via this ship, their meals were okay for not picky individuals, magbaon nalang if you're vegetarian. Expect a live band on the second night, mingle as long as you could to fully enjoy the trip. :)

The office of 2Go is a mess, nobody explain you that they ONLY accept payments by cash(i think that it an important information for the customers). Then we book the boat and Bianca Barrera(the girl that was in the ticket office) inform us about the payment so we were in the ATM and when we came back she told us that the price will be higher because one guest book the last place so we should pay for business class(we spent 10minutes to go to the ATM)… so ok business class, more expensive. Then already in the boat where were included 3 meals was AWFUL and disgusting all the food there! No vegetable chance, for breakfast i asked for more scrambled eggs(instead of rice and beef) and they charge me extra for that! (Is not my fault that you don’t have vegetarian option) and the staff of the restaurant speaks really bad english level so everything was difficult! The bed was not bad but the bathrooms were so dirty all the time, the bins always full… Expensive tickets for a really low level boat! And i was in the supposed “business class”! I will never recommend this company to travel!

I had to book a ticket to go to coron from manila here, however be careful when you book the ticket and better to book it a week or more ahead otherwise the price get higher the more the date comes near, you can also book the ticket online and pay it online then at the counter show them the booking so they can print the paper for you to enter the ferry and the port. The ships are actully nice and fully equipped with everything even karaoke and 24h supermarket, also you can check the facilities of each ship online at thier website. Overall is a good experience

Booked a trip on St. Theresa suite class for 22 jan 2024. On 10th jan we received a message due to "operational concerns" the boat will be cancelled and we will be moved to the boat on the 24th, another boat, without suite. Fun, but 24th doesnt work for us, managed to move it to the 21st, still no suite. Price difference 3000+ PHP (roughly 50+ euros) that we paid more for the suite. No compensation, no nothing. So we paid 10k PHP for a 7K costing room on a different ship. Upon checking in at the terminal on the 21st, it is suddenly that the boat scheduled for 22nd, will actually depart. We did not get any notice or what so ever. Worst of the worst this company.

Air conditioner in room broke during trip - or perhaps was already broken - not notified that there would be fees at the destination for our cargo. Let's see , multiple nightmares along the way. Don't use 2go if you can avoid it.

Pictures are from the boat. Several restaurants, a bar, a minimart, and even a salon are on the boat. Prices range from large dorms, to medium sized, to four person, to private cabins, and even state rooms.
